Specimen	10 mL plain (RED - NO GEL) or SST (Gold top). Lithium heparin is acceptable but a recollect will be required for confirmation testing.
Paediatric Specimen	0.5 mL Plain separate tube
Minimum Volume	250uL serum or plasma
Add-on conditions	7 days @ 4°C, specimen kept for three months
