| Test | Notes |
| CBC | CBC analysis is available at all times. |
| Blood film review | Available out of hours by arrangement only. Suitably trained Haematology Scientists may not be available on site and may need to be called in, therefore a delay is possible. |
| ESR | Subject to ESR acceptance criteria – Please include clinical details. |
| Kleihauer | Available if urgent and appropriate clinical details are provided. |
| HIT Screen | Available at all times. |
| INR, APTT, Fibrinogen, DDimer | Available at all times. |
| Factor VIII | Available out of hours by arrangement only. Suitably trained Haematology Scientists may not be available on site and may need to be called in, therefore a delay is possible. |
| Monospot | Available at all times. |
| Malaria | Malaria PCR is available at all times. If a positive PCR result is obtained, species identification including RDT and microscopy will follow. Suitably trained Haematology Scientists may not be available on site and may need to be called in, therefore a delay is possible. |
